![]() ![]() I’ve been saying that we should see something along those lines since I first played Diablo 4 at BlizzCon 2019, and I still feel the same way. And in fact, I’d love it if it was the Templar (no, not the Protoss ones), the companion character from D3, who appeared as a full fledged holy class in Diablo 4. I personally hope we’ll get some version of a holy warrior class, the role Paladins played in Diablo 2 and Crusaders played in Diablo 3. So we could have other classes added after launch for Diablo 4. Both Diablo 2 and Diablo 3 added classes after launch, with the Assassin and Druid being added in Diablo 2‘s Lord of Destruction expansion and the Crusader added in Reaper of Souls, while the Necromancer actually was added specifically to Diablo 3 in a stand alone add on. Thanks to a deluge of news, we officially have the fifth and final Diablo 4 class revealed - but that’s just at launch. ![]()
